BOOKING CONDITIONS :
- To guarantee your booking, a credit card number is required. No transaction will be done during your reservation. Only 30% deposit will be taken 5 days before your arrival.
- To book the entire guesthouse - exclusivity - 50% minimum of deposit is required.
- If you would prefer to send a deposit by bank transfer, we will then provide you with our bank details.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS : Any cancellation must be notified by email or fax.
- Cancellation is made more than 5 days before the arrival date : NO CANCELLATION FEE
- Cancellation is made between 5 & 1 day before the arrival date : 30% Fee of the total stay.
- Cancellation is made the arrival date (No Show) : 50% Fee of the total stay.
PAYEMENT CONDITIONS :
- Rates do not include the touristic tax of 2.3€ per day and per person, and the extras.
- The payment of the rest of your stay will be made, invoices are issued in Dirhams.
- Foreign currencies like EUR, GBP, USD, CHF are accepted, at the prevailing exchange rate.
- Credit/Debit Card and Amexco are accepted. Payment by credit card is subject to an additional 3% charge on the total value of the transaction.
