“A la carte” menu starting at 6 €/60 dhs Wide selection of salads, home made pies and quiches, stuffed Moroccan crepes, grilled meat, desserts and fruits.
Dinner:
30 €/330 dhs per person, beverage not included Our cuisine is a mix of Moroccan and French flavors. Each evening, our cook Najat will propose you a special menu composed of a starter, a main course and a dessert. Table setting with candles and flowers.
Half board formula
25 €/275 dhs per person – beverage not included For guests who stay at least two nights, a half board formula is also available. Our day’s special menu will be served.
Bar service:
Drinks and cocktails are served in the lounge or on the terrace, with delicious home made tapas. Discover our selection of Moroccan wines served by the glass. Your favorite cocktail will be fixed for you by Hassan our bartender. For cigar smokers we also have a wide selection of cigars unless you want to try the water pipe (shisha).
Sample Menu
Starters
Traditional Moroccan pastilla stuffed with saffron and dried fruits. Home made spicy “briouates” stuffed with vegetables and herbs. Smoked salmon from Essaouira served with a heart of lettuce and balsamic vinegar.
Main course
Assortment of vegetables. The Tangia Marrachia, a tender piece of beef oven cooked in a pot with spices and tiny pieces of vegetables. Grilled lamb chops with a dash of pure argan oil. Filet of goatfish served with fennel and leaks.
Desserts
Chocolate fondants Caramelized cream flavored with vanilla or orange tree flower Thin caramelized apple pie topped with vanilla ice-cream |
